Hi and welcome to our RMB Belly Ringer Series! Our tenth interview is with Miss. Samira!

Miss. Samira is a creative writer and passionate about becoming a musician. She loves to express herself through both her writing and musical talents. Miss. Samira was delighted to share her experience of getting her belly pierced and inspires others who are either would like to or indecisive to do the same.

What/Who inspired you to pierce your belly?

I got my belly pierced when I was 16 because I really like piercings and I really wanted one. I convinced my mother to let me.

2) Did the piercing hurt and how was the aftercare?

The piercing was very quick and only pinched. The aftercare was very easy and tool about 4 months to heal. I mainly used salt water to clean it.

3) How many rings do you have and which ones are your favorite?

I have about 5 but I really enjoy the one I got pierced with. It’s simple and cute.

4) You are also a musician and a writer. What inspired you to be an eloquent write and be active in music?

I have always been a creative person and I enjoy sharing my thoughts creatively. It is my favorite way to express myself. I really want to be a musician, and people like Lil Peep (R.I.P) really inspire me.

5) To anyone who wants to pierce their belly, what would you tell them?

I would tell them to do it. If you don’t like it you could always take it out and let it heal. It’s a nice way to add something creative to your every day style and life.
